Individual Sessions
One to one Music Therapy sessions are person centred and tailored to the needs of an individual.
Using a variety of music therapy techniques such as music making with a variety of instruments, singing, song writing and listening and discussing familiar songs.

Individual sessions are aimed at children and adults and are suitable for:
People living with Dementia.
Autistic / Learning Disabled Children and Adults.
People who have experienced a stroke or brain injury.
People experience mental health issues.
People looking to work through grief.
People on a pallative care pathway.

Music Therapy aims to support individuals wellbeing, cognitive development and physical health.
Encourages self expression and interaction that can help to boost mood.
Focusing on a person centred approach, sessions can work towards personalised goals. Whether its reducing symptoms of anxiety, helping to improve mood, helping to process feelings and emotions. We can work together, creatively.

Music therapy via zoom can make sessions more accessible for some people.
Participates are required to have access to a video-enabled device (ie: computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone) and internet access.
